For tattoo artists
It answers the inbox while your hands are full.
An assistant that reads every inquiry as it lands, works out what each piece would cost at your rates, and drafts the reply for your approval.
When you are 40-70 texts behind, the inquiries that matter get buried under price-shoppers and time-wasters. It is the one part of the job you hate.
A founding pilot starts free with no card. Say yes at the end and your founding rate locks. 10 hands-on pilot setups, reviewed in order.

The draft · Sittings · 11:48 PM
Hi Ivy, I love the idea of matching moon and wave pieces with your sister. At 2 inches on the ankle, let's talk through the scale so it ages beautifully.
Your estimate$220 to $360
The working hours
The good ones stop getting buried.
Every inquiry gets read before the pile gets higher. The judgment is still yours. The busywork ends up in one place.
01
Reads and sorts.
It pulls the useful details out of the message, keeps the whole inquiry in view, and makes the strongest fit easy to find when you sit down after a long day.
A strong fit, a question back, or a polite pass. The queue tells you what needs your eyes first.

02
Prices at your rates, internally only.
Pricing is not a scheduling problem. You set the model: hourly, day rate, or per piece, along with your styles, sizes, placement, and the way you actually price.
The estimate stays on your side of the desk for the take-it-or-pass call. A client sees a number only if you put one in a reply you approved.
03
Drafts in your voice. You approve.
A person decides, every time. I built it that way on purpose.
Nothing reaches a client without your review. Read it, change it, keep it, or write your own. The decision about your book stays with you.

04
Guards the book.
Under-minimum requests, missing details, a thin budget, a bad fit. The screen gives the message a clear next step without making the call for you.
A respectful draft is ready when you want one. You keep the boundary, the price, and the final word.
A hard line
It never touches the art. Only the inbox.
The art.The drawing, the composition, the line, the style. It does not generate it, suggest it, or learn to imitate it.
The inbox.Reading what came in, sorting it, and drafting the admin reply you already keep in your notes and paste by hand.
Try it with an inquiry
Open one. Then put one of yours in.
See what it says about a message you already know the answer to.
Runs in your browser on a made-up rate card. The replies are fixed examples, not the real system's writing.
No card, no signup, nothing to install. Straight answer about what this is: it runs entirely in your browser on a made-up rate card, it sorts by pattern-matching your text, and the replies it shows you are fixed examples I wrote, not the real system's writing. It is here so you can see the shape of the thing and how it reads your message, not to prove the drafting. The real one is server side and applies the rates you set yourself. Nothing here sends or leaves your device.
The other cost
$1,600-3,400/mo
Hiring a person to do this job costs $1,600-3,400 a month. That is not a scare number: metro job postings for booking-desk work list $16-19 an hour, and the duties read like this page.
Sittings is $199, and you do not lose the pricing judgment when a hire walks out the door.
Founding pilot
One plan. The whole thing.
No tiers, and no per-inquiry pricing.
$199/month
Your first 14 days are free, with no card on file.
At the end, one plain yes or no. Saying nothing means no, and it costs nothing.
Say yes, add a card, and $199/month locks as your founding rate while your account stays active.
Your first paid month is money-back.

What is true now
Built against a real inbox, not a spec sheet.
It is being built with a working LA artist as the founding design partner. His real inquiries, not a made-up test set, are the first workload this has to survive. His name goes on this page when he tells me he wants it there, and not before.
You will not find an invented statistic anywhere on this page, or a testimonial from an artist who does not exist.
Questions worth asking
Before you hand over the inbox.
There are already plenty of these apps.
There are, and most of them ask you to run your business somewhere new. This one works on the inbox you already have: forward your mail, and it reads what arrives. There is a desk when you want to sit down with the queue, but the daily job happens where your messages already land. If the only thing you ever do is read better drafts in your own inbox, that is a complete use of it.
Am I signing over my client list?
No. Your client list is yours. Ask me and I export the whole studio's data to you; a self-serve export button in settings is being built, and until it ships that is how it happens. If you leave, you leave with your data. We never sell any of it, and no other artist sees your clients unless you personally refer one on and the client agrees to it.
Does my traffic start going to your domain?
No. Straight about the one bit that is not: the intake form is hosted, so a client who taps that link does land on a Sittings page under your name. What does not happen is the part that would actually cost you. We are not a directory and we do not rank for your city; your inquiries never sit in front of another artist. Your site and your Google listing stay exactly where they are, and most of your inquiries can just forward from the inbox you already use.
Is AI going to answer my clients?
Not on its own. That is the way it is built. Nothing reaches a client without your review. It reads each inquiry, builds your private estimate, and drafts the reply. You read it, edit it if you want, and it only goes anywhere because you approved it. There are tools that will decline people for you automatically. This one sorts the queue and writes the draft; the decision to turn someone away stays with the person whose name is on the work.
Will it lowball my pricing?
It cannot commit anything to a client. Estimates are internal only. They show you where an inquiry and your book line up, and you can correct any one of them before it means anything. You set the pricing model yourself, in settings, and it applies exactly what you set. It does not quietly drift your numbers on its own.
It is new. What if I am one of the first ten and something breaks?
Then I fix it with you, directly. That is most of what the pilot is: it is being built against a working artist's real inbox right now, the setup is hands-on on purpose, and the free window means a rough edge costs you nothing. What you get for being early is the founding rate and a straight line to the person who builds it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, and there is no notice period. Cancel from your account settings or by emailing me at chapman.cox0726@gmail.com; every billing email carries the cancel link. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access through the period you have already paid for. Within 30 days of your first charge, that whole first month comes back to your card. Nothing is buried and nothing renews quietly.
